WI-FI, NETWORKING & CABLING
We plan, install and look after Wi-Fi, firewalls, switches, network cabling and data cabinets for offices, schools, farms and rural businesses across Meath, Cavan, Louth, Westmeath and Dublin. Where broadband is slow or hasn’t arrived yet, we install Starlink too.
Back rooms, upstairs offices or classrooms where the signal drops out, often because no network cable was ever run there.
Rural sites where fibre hasn’t arrived yet, or a single line that the whole business depends on.
Unlabelled cables, a router up in the attic and a switch nobody can get at, so every fault takes longer to find.
Customers, visitors or pupils sharing a network with the office PCs, or a second broadband line paid for just for guest Wi-Fi.
We walk the site with you, look at where people actually use their devices, and position business access points to suit. They’re powered through the network cable from a PoE switch, so you don’t need a socket beside each one.
We install and set up UniFi (Ubiquiti) business firewalls, routers and network switches, including secure remote access for staff who need to reach office systems from home.
For rural sites with slow broadband, we can supply Starlink or install a kit you’ve ordered yourself, whichever you prefer. We mount the dish, run the cabling and connect it to your network.
Structured cabling, trunking, data points and cabinets, installed and labelled by our own team, so the network is tidy and easy to trace and extend. We can also certify Cat6 cabling with our top-of-the-range Fluke testing equipment, so you have a test report showing every run meets the standard.
Guest Wi-Fi kept apart from your business PCs, printers and files with firewall rules, often without paying for a second broadband line.
Connecting a second office, unit or warehouse back to your main systems, with secure VPN links between sites where your software needs them.
We walk through the building or yard with you, check your broadband and existing equipment, and note where coverage and cabling are needed.
You get a written proposal setting out the equipment, cabling and installation work, so you know exactly what’s involved.
Our own team runs the cabling, fits the cabinet, access points and firewall, and plans the switch-over to keep disruption to a minimum.
We test the Wi-Fi and connections around the site before we finish, and can certify new Cat6 cabling with our Fluke tester. Sometimes the fix turns out to be a damaged cable rather than new equipment.
We record what was installed and where, so future changes and faults can be dealt with quickly.
Ongoing network monitoring is available as part of our managed IT support, so problems can be picked up and followed up quickly.
Based in Hurdlestown, Kells, Co. Meath, our team combines everyday IT support, ongoing security reviews and practical planning. You’ll know who looks after your systems and who to contact when you need help.
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm. After-hours emergency support is available at an extra cost, via a dedicated mobile number and email.
Available on selected managed support plans and separate from the helpdesk: our security operations centre watches for threats around the clock, handles any it detects out of hours and notifies us.
Usually not. We can keep guest Wi-Fi separate from your business network with firewall rules, so visitors get internet access without being able to reach your PCs, printers or files.
It can be, especially on rural sites where fibre isn’t available yet, or as a backup connection. We can supply Starlink for you, or install a kit you’ve ordered yourself, whichever you prefer. We then mount the dish, run the cabling and connect it to your network.
Often, yes. Well-placed business access points usually make more difference than extra extenders. Some rooms do need a cable run, and we’ll explain why in the quote. We also test first, because slow Wi-Fi is sometimes down to a damaged cable.
Yes. We carry out cable certification tests on Cat6 data cabling using top-of-the-range Fluke testing equipment. The results show that each cable run performs to the standard, which is useful for new installs, office fit-outs or checking existing cabling.
It depends on the access points and where they’re placed. Business access points handle far more devices than a broadband router, but each one has a limit. For events or busy public areas, we plan coverage around where the crowds will be.
No. Equipment, cabling and installation are quoted separately in your proposal. Ongoing network monitoring is available as part of our managed IT support.
Wi-Fi for classrooms, staff rooms and school offices, with separate networks for staff, pupils and visitors.
Keeping waiting-room Wi-Fi away from the PCs that open patient records. Read our guide to guest Wi-Fi for practices.

Tell us where the Wi-Fi drops out, how your site is laid out and what broadband you have. We’ll arrange a site visit and set out the options.
