How we work with Dublin businesses
You deal with our own team, not a call centre. We connect remotely to fix most problems, and we come to you for installs, office moves and anything that needs hands-on work.
We also run practical sessions for your staff, whether that’s getting more out of Microsoft 365 and Copilot or learning to spot a phishing email.
Helpdesk
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm, answered by our own team in Kells. After-hours emergency support is available at an extra cost, via a dedicated mobile number and email.

Yes. We support businesses right across Dublin, North, West and South. Dublin 15 and the north side are closest to us via the M3, and we also look after clients on the south side, including in Shankill. Most support is remote, with on-site visits when needed.
Is a provider based in Meath practical for a Dublin firm?
For most businesses, yes. The majority of issues are fixed remotely, and when someone needs to be on site we plan the visit. You also get a smaller, named team that knows your setup.
