Clear per-user packages in euro, from a Meath IT team that has been looking after local businesses since 1985. Our Diamond Package is from €89 per user per month, our Gold Package is from €69 per user per month and our Silver Package is from €49 per user per month. Microsoft 365 licences are billed separately. All prices exclude VAT.

Gold is from €69 and Diamond from €89 per user per month, excl. VAT.
Can we mix the packages?
Yes. You can mix Diamond, Gold and Silver users in one firm: for example, Gold for most of your staff and Silver for light users who only need the essentials.
Is Silver an add-on to Gold?
No. Silver is a separate, lighter package, not an add-on. You can mix the two, and we’ll recommend the right mix for your team.
Are Microsoft 365 licences included?
No. Microsoft 365 licences are billed separately on all three packages. Gold and Diamond include full Microsoft 365 admin and support, so we manage your licences and setup for you.
What does the Microsoft 365 backup cover?
On all three packages, we back up email, OneDrive and SharePoint, and we test restores every two weeks so we know the backups actually work.
Do you come on site?
Gold and Diamond include unlimited on-site call-outs when they’re needed. Most issues are fixed remotely, which is quicker for your team.
Do you offer business phones?
Yes. VoIP business phones are from €17 per user per month, excl. VAT, with unlimited calls to UK and Irish numbers included. Handsets are charged separately.
Do your prices include VAT?
No. All our prices exclude VAT.
Is there a setup fee?
Setup depends on your business and how complex the job is, so we quote it upfront in your written quote before anything starts.
What’s billed separately?
Microsoft 365 licences are billed separately on all three packages. VoIP phones and handsets are quoted separately, and so are new PCs, servers and other major hardware, office moves, large migrations and other project work. After-hours emergency support is charged extra. We’ll flag anything outside your monthly package on your quote before any work starts.
Is support only during office hours?
Our helpdesk is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm. Emergency support outside those hours is available at an additional charge, through a dedicated mobile number and email. On Gold, your systems also have 24/7 security monitoring through our security monitoring partner. This is separate from the helpdesk.
Do you sign a GDPR data processing agreement?
Yes. A GDPR data processing agreement is included in our client Master Services Agreement, so there’s no separate document to chase.
Which areas do you cover?
We’re based in Co. Meath and support businesses across North East Leinster, including Meath, Cavan, Westmeath, Louth and Dublin.
Do you still do home PC repairs?
Yes, but that’s a separate local repair service, not part of these business packages. Call us on 046 924 0518 to ask.
